How to get a Library Card

A library card is available free of charge to all individuals

who show proof of residency within our service area.

           Acceptable proof of residency:

  • City or township tax bill

  • Drivers license with local address

  • Lease agreement

  • utility bill with your local address - power, water, cable

The cardholder is responsible for all library materials checked out, overdue fines, and various fees. Cardholders must report lost or stolen library cards to the Checkout Desk, 837-3457. Change of name, address, phone number, or email address should be reported to the Checkout Desk. Minors (under 18 years old) must have a parent or legal guardian present and sign the application to obtain a card.
