This closure is our effort to join in reducing the spread of Covid-19 in our community.

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be opening for curbside service Tuesday, July 7th from 11 am - 6 pm. Curbside service is by reservation only. Instructions on how to set up a pickup time are on the notification you receive letting you know your hold is available.  

All Library materials are due Monday, July 6th. Know that all items once placed in the book drop are quarantined for at least 72 hours before they are checked in by staff. Large items, such as baskets, book club kits, and board games can be returned to the large blue bin next to the book drop Monday - Thursday 10 am - 6 pm. Please do not leave baskets and large items on the ground outside the book drop Friday - Sunday.

Residents can access many of the Library's services online

Room rentals and all Library programs and activities are canceled until the restoration of the lower level is complete.  

Midland Community Television (MCTV) will also be closed to the public during this time. Access users should contact MCTV via phone at 989-837-3474 to reschedule studio shows or for additional information.

 

The City will continue to monitor public health information regarding COVID-19 and will reassess and alter its response as needed. City of Midland press releases.
