This closure is our effort to join in reducing the spread of Covid-19 in our community.

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed until further notice due to the flood. Library staff are available to help patrons via text (989) 750-0060 and e-mail (askgadml@gmail.com).

Residents can access many of the Library's services online during the closure. If you have questions, please contact library staff at askgadml@gmail.com or text (989) 750-0060. Library staff are working from home and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Room rentals and all Library programs and activities are canceled indefinitely.

All Library materials that were not already overdue will have due dates extended until June 15. We encourage patrons to start returning their materials via the outside book drop. Returned materials will be placed in quarantine in anticipation of the Library reopening. If you have oversized items such as baskets or board games, please keep them until the Library reopens. Please know that no items will be checked in before June 12

Midland Community Television (MCTV) will also be closed to the public during this time. Access users should contact MCTV via phone at 989-837-3474 to reschedule studio shows or for additional information.

The City will continue to monitor public health information regarding COVID-19 and will reassess and alter its response as needed.
