No Contact Curbside Pickup service,
it’s a bit different than it was in March.
Here’s how it works:
Place a Hold
Use our online catalog or call our staff at 989-837-3457 during hours of operation (Monday & Wednesday, 9am - 5pm; Tuesday & Thursday 10am - 6pm) to place items on hold.
Wait for an email notifying you that your items are ready for pick up.
Register to Pick up Your Items
Use the link in your hold notification to access the Curbside Pick Up registration calendar to register for a 15-minute time slot on a day that is convenient for you. You will need your email and library card number to register. If you have multiple family members wishing to pick up items, please list their library card numbers under the "List Additional Library Card Numbers" box.
Pick Up Your Items
Come to the library during your time slot and park in any of the curbside spaces. Your items will be sitting in a bag on one of the tables under the west portico. Your bag will be labeled with the first four letters of your last name and the last four numbers of your library card.
Your items will have already been checked out so you are all set to take them home!
Return Your Items
When you are ready to return items, please do not put them on the tables as we cannot check them in this way and they won’t come off your account. Please do put them in the book drop near the auditorium doors. There will be a blue bin labeled for larger items, available Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm, where you can return larger or bulky items that do not fit in the book drop.
We cannot bring items out on-demand.
You must have a prearranged appointment to pick up your items.
